To craft this you will need a moonstone block, two orange runes,one earth element and one air element.
Uses
Getting moonstone for spells and related that require it. Also the Sigil of the Lunar Tides will make moonstone meteors in a radius of 128 blocks fall in an 8 blocks radius around the Sigil.
